How Weight Loss Hut works
One programme, three steps. Everything is built around the same idea: losing weight in a way you can sustain, and keeping it off for good.
The three steps
1. Join
Create a free account with your email address, or sign in with Google. It takes under a minute and no card is required.
Weight Loss Hut is for adults only. We ask you to confirm you are 18 or over when you join.
2. Personalise
Answer a short set of questions about your goals, food preferences and activity level. There are no trick questions and you can skip anything you prefer not to answer.
Your answers stay private. They are used to shape your programme and the way the AI assistant responds to you - nothing else. They are never shown publicly and never sold.
3. Follow the programme
Work through nutrition guides built for smaller appetites, simple strength training you can start as a complete beginner, and maintenance plans for keeping the weight off for good.
The AI assistant is available whenever a question comes up - about your protein target, a training session, an ingredient swap or how to handle a difficult week.
What members get
AI assistant
Ask questions in plain English and get answers grounded in our evidence-graded guides, shaped around the goals you set. It is a coach and explainer, never a substitute for a clinician.
Guide library
Practical, referenced guides on eating well on a smaller appetite, protecting muscle, nutrient basics, energy, sleep, skin, hair and long-term maintenance.
Member tools
Planning and tracking tools built around the programme, with more added as membership grows.
Community (coming soon)
A members-only space to compare notes with people on the same programme. In the works, not live yet.
Where clinical care fits in
Weight Loss Hut is a programme of nutrition, training, coaching and education. We are not a pharmacy or a clinic, we do not sell medicines and we do not prescribe. Where clinical services are appropriate for someone, they are only ever arranged after a consultation with a regulated provider. If you are considering any clinical service, speak to your GP or a regulated clinician first, and check any online pharmacy is registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council at pharmacyregulation.org.
